Albus Dumbledore

???? – present (according to the game).

Current Headmaster at Hogwarts (HP1). Considered the greatest wizard of modern times. Professor Dumbledore is particularly famous for his defeat of the dark wizard Grindelwald in 1945. Known for the discovery of the twelve uses of dragon’s blood and his work on alchemy with his partner, Nicolas Flamel. Professor Dumbledore enjoys chamber music and tenpin bowling.

Location: Shortcut to Quirell’s office. Redeem from Fred and George for the collection of 25 beans.

Merlin

Medieval, dates unknown.

Most famous wizard of all time. Sometimes known as the Prince of Enchanters. Advisor to the Court of King Arthur.

Location: Flight Lesson, located in a hiding place behind the glass stained glass window with the Hogwarts school crest.

Tilly Toke

1903-1991.

Awarded Order of Merlin First Class for saving lives during the Ilfracombe Incident of 1932, when a dragon swooped down on a beach full of sunbathers.

Location: Alahomora Practicum. The stash behind the statue of the knight.

Burdock Muldoon

1428-1490.

Chief of Wizard’s Council 1448 – 1450.

Location: Wingardium Leviosa Practicum. Second tower.

Adalbert Waffling

1899-1981

Famous magical theoretician.

Location: Hermione’s first letter. The room with the mirror (near the exit of the Wingardium Leviosa workshop).

Uric the Oddball

Medieval, dates unknown.

Highly eccentric wizard who is famed, among other things, for wearing a jellyfish for a hat.

Location: Hermione’s second letter. Redeem from Fred and George for the collection of 25 beans.

Derwent Shimpling

1912-present.

Ate an entire Venomous Tentacula on a bet and survived, though is still purple.

Location: Hermione’s second letter. The room behind the mirror opposite the bronze wizard statue.

Godric Gryffindor

Medieval wizard, dates unknown.

Co-founder of Hogwarts. Gave his name to one of the four Hogwarts houses.

Location: Place in front of the entrance to the Herbalist Cabinet. Redeem from Fred and George for the collection of 25 beans.

Cornelius Agrippa

1486-1535

Celebrated wizard imprisoned by Muggles for his writings.

Location: The stash behind the Herbalist’s office.

Newt Scamander

1897 – Present.

Celebrated author of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

Location: Insendio Workshop. Tree stash.

Edgar Strougler

1703-1798

Inventor of the Sneakoscope.

Location: Practicum Insendio. Chest over labyrinth.

Bowman Wright

1492-1560

Famous for developing the Golden Snitch.

Location: Hagrid’s quest. A stash behind the three Common Spikes near Hagrid’s hut.

Herpo the Foul

Ancient Greek.

First known creator of the Basilisk.

Location: Hagrid’s quest. Three Snails stash near Hagrid’s hut.

Morgan Le Fay

Medieval, dates Unknown.

King Arthur’s half sister. Dark sorceress. Enemy of Merlin.

Location: Seed hunt. The trouble spot with the cave.

Salazar Slytherin

Medieval wizard, dates unknown.

Co-founder of Hogwarts. Gave his name to one of the four Hogwarts Houses.

Location: Hike for Seeds. Hagrid gives us a card for collecting all (21) seeds, so look carefully.

Bertie Bott

1935 – present.

Inventor of Bertie Bott’s Every Flavor Beans.

Location: Journey to Quirrell’s study. At the start, Fred and George beckon us into the living room to sell us another card.

Cassandra Vablatsky

1894-1997.

Celebrated Seer and author of ‘Unfogging the Future.’

Location: Lumos Workshop. Room two. The stash behind the circular stained glass window.

Ignatia Wildsmith

1227-1320

The witch who invented Floo powder.

Location: First corridor after the Lumos workshop, the painting opposite the Grand Staircase. Redeem the card from Fred and George for 25 beans.

Gifford Ollerton

1390 – 1441

Famous giant-slayer. Killed the giant Hengist of Upper Barnton.

Location: After the Lumos challenge, go to the caster class. In doing so, go through the lobby (the same hall that contains the exit from the castle. Go down the main stairs and turn left – there is a chest with this map. After taking the map, you can already go to the castering lesson.

Elladora Ketteridge

1676-1729.

Witch who discovered the use of Gillyweed. She nearly suffocated after eating it, recovering only when she stuck her head into a bucket of water.

Location: Ingredients for Snape. The trouble spot with the lifts.

Hengist of Woodcroft

Medieval, dates unknown.

Driven away from his home by Muggle persecutors, Hengist is supposed to have settled in Scotland where he founded the village of Hogsmeade. The Three Broomsticks Inn is alleged to be Hengist’s former home.

Location: Ingredients for Snape. Trouble spot with bars.

Helga Hufflepuff

Medieval wizard, dates unknown.

Co-founder of Hogwarts. Gave her name to one of the four Hogwarts houses.

Location: Filch’s level. A trouble spot with invisible platforms above the blue carpet.

Rowena Ravenclaw

Medieval wizard, dates unknown.

Co-founder of Hogwarts. Gave her name to one of the four Hogwarts houses.

Location: Back to the Tower level. At the end of the level meet Fred and George and redeem the card for 25 beans.

Roderick Plumpton

1889-1987

Seeker for England’s Quidditch Team. Holds British record for fastest capture of Snitch during game: three and a half seconds.

Location: Chasing Snitch. Part I. Fluff. Located in a chest.

Harry Potter

The boy who lived.

Location: Automatically given at the end of the game provided 24 cards and 250 beans are collected.
